In conversation with Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, Senior Advocate & National Spokesperson (BJP)

We had the distinct privilege of interacting with Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, and National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, in an intellectually stimulating session.

The session moved far beyond the constraints of theoretical legal constructs. Mr. Bhatia, drawing from his illustrious career at the Bar and his significant role in national politics, provided a rare “insider’s lens” into the machinery of justice. He emphasized that the law is not a static set of rules but a living instrument of social change.

A pivotal segment of the afternoon featured a deep-dive dialogue led by Advocates Nivedita Chauhan, Komal Singh, and Tanvi Mahajan and Mr. Shubhank Khare. Their engagement with Mr. Bhatia moved the conversation toward the nuanced responsibilities of lawyers in a constitutional democracy.

The session concluded as an inspiring reminder that the legal profession is a calling that demands rigor, integrity, and a deep-seated commitment to public service. We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Bhatia for his time and for fostering a dialogue that will undoubtedly resonate within our professional community for years to come.
